In April 2006 Intuto signs an agreement with the Communist Youth League of China (CYL), enabling their software and learning methodologies to reach deep into the Chinese market.
CYL is supported by the Chinese government and is the largest youth organization in China with 70 million members. Under the leadership of CYL is China Youth Net, which runs Youth Website, the largest domestic website specifically for teenagers and young adults. Ranked as one of the eight key news websites supported by the government since its establishment in 1999, Youth Website has developed six editions, about one hundred and seventy sub websites, and one thousand columns. The average daily click is stabilized at over ten million.

Through this exclusive co-operation agreement Intuto secures an Internet Content Provider License - a very rare advantage for a Western company. CYL has an office in every Chinese University and this partnership provides Intuto China with the ability to market their courses to all students.
