Intuto establishes a programme office with the China Centre for International Educational Exchange (CCIEE). This body was established by the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE), which is affiliated with the Ministry of Education of China. With the help of CEAIE's nationwide network and its 20 years' experience, relations and channels of international educational exchange, CCIEE is devoting itself to enhancing the education cooperation between China and other countries around the world as well as providing professional services to upgrade the domestic education to the world advanced level.

As one of the distinguished nationwide agencies among the first licensed by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Public Security and registered with State Industrial & Commercial Bureau, CCIEE is making great efforts to create a main channel for training high quality personnel for the country and provide good education programs for Chinese students to study abroad to meet the opportunities and challenges in the new century.
