Intuto online computing modules cover a range of syllabuses. Developed for the New Zealand market on a modular basis it supports existing courses, provides local National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA) credits and fits New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) requirements. Some modules comprise NZQA Unit Standards content, whilst others cover the International Computer Drivers License (ICDL) and IC3 content.
Each course is structured in the following manner: brief text introduces the topic, which is supported by images and a practical demonstration. The learner then applies their knowledge with instructional exercises, consolidates as required and checks their theoretical knowledge of key points. At the end of each course assessment is provided online.
In association with tertiary partners, Intuto also offers
a local IT qualification. Learners enrolled in the Certificate
Program have the opportunity of not only gaining this, but
also becoming certified in both the internationally recognised
ICDL and IC3 qualifications.
