Compliance Training
In workplaces there are legal obligations to comply with statutory standards in some or all of the following areas: health and safety, equal opportunities, harassment, privacy and trade practices. The failure to do so can result in prosecution.
Training in such areas is compulsory and when considering you must refer to the relevant legislation applicable to your industry.
Traditionally, compliance training has been delivered via manuals. This type of training falls short in the following critical areas:
- It is often difficult to keep information up-to-date, resulting in an ill-informed work force
- Asynchronous training delivery
- Manual access may be delayed for new staff
