General English
The six General English courses cover Low Beginner to High Advanced levels. The
Low Beginner level is suitable for beginner learners and includes extra support
for everything from handwriting to pronunciation. The next two levels are task-based
and interactive, giving students opportunities to learn and use new language in
real-life situations. The higher three levels follow a skills-based approach. Language
learning moves from vocabulary and task-based approaches that focus on fluency development
to one more clearly focused on accuracy and complexity. The overall General English
package contains over 150 hours of online and face to face language learning materials.

IELTS Test Preparation

English for IT enables students to develop general and subject-specific English

English for Hospitality is designed specifically for people working or hoping to

learning material for students to practise their language skills at an Elementary

Teaching ESOL
TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) is an engaging, interactive
online resource specifically designed to help those who would like to teach English
to speakers of other languages to become more effective and efficient in the classroom.
The course is aimed at learners with an Advanced level of English and provides classroom
worksheets, links to useful online classroom resources, as well as a rich reference
library for additional reading. An estimated time of 50 hours in total is required

Academic Vocabulary
Academic Vocabulary is an interactive, online resource which was developed specifically for the vocabularyneeds of international students preparing to take exams or begin postsecondary study in English speaking countries.
The course contains a variety of exercises aimed at helping you recognize and reproduce 570 of the most frequently-used academic words in English. Altogether, there are 10 sub-lists of academic vocabulary with exercises, separated to make learning easy. By completing one unit every day, within one month, up to 240 words can become part of your vocabulary range.
