The aim of this programme is to ensure everyone involved with a workplace understands
their responsibilities and how to make their environment safe, workable and legally
compliant.
The Health and Safety in Employment Act is very clear in its requirements of both employers and
employees in creating and maintaining a safe work environment.
A safe workplace is everyone's responsibility. While the employer must ensure they
provide a safe place of work, employees are actually responsible for themselves
and the safety of those working around them.
All modules in this programme will help both employees and employers understand
what is involved in making their workplace safe, and the responsibilities everyone
within the workplace carries
Intuto Health and Safety modules are designed to cover all OSH compliance issues
in an easy to learn, graphically interesting, and interactive way, with document
templates to build manuals and registers and self-checking activities to test out
employees, knowledge and understanding.
The goal of the three Health and Safety modules is to provide employees with the
knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety in employment as well as the skills
for implementing Health and Safety procedures in their specific workplace. The modules
include:
- Health and Safety for All Employees
