Thirty years working for regional offices of large international businesses such as Coca-Cola and McCann Erickson Advertising have brought Richard expertise in the "Think global, act local" strategy and mindset.
His experience in building up channels of distribution, ensuring customer satisfaction and forging long-term partnerships all underpin Intuto’s sustainability, and its reputation as one of New Zealand’s premier learning solutions providers

Dr Alastair MacCormick is a professional director with experience across a range of public and private companies, including new venture companies with a technology focus. His current and previous corporate and consulting assignments span the business, government, not-for-profit and university sectors in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA.
At the University of Auckland, Alastair was Dean of the Business School for 14 years, subsequently serving terms as Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Acting Vice-Chancellor. He holds a BSc in mathematics and physics and a Master’s degree in economics from the University of Auckland. He completed his doctorate in management science at Yale University.
Alastair is a former member of the Board of Trustees of Auckland Grammar School and was Chairman for 1993–98. He was foundation Chairman of the New Zealand Education and Scholarship Trust.
Alastair is also the foundation Chairman of Connect New Zealand, a programme that networks technology companies and leverages the experience of the Connect networks in the US and Europe, and Chairman of the Technology Park Advisory Board for the Auckland University of Technology.
He has been extensively involved in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation through both PECC and APEC.

Adrian believes that education can play an extraordinarily positive role in making the world a better and safer place now and for future generations. He has been involved with every aspect of Intuto over the past few years, giving him a comprehensive knowledge of the business.
Having spent the bulk of his career within the academic environment, Adrian understands the intricacies of education from a unique combination of teaching, research and development perspectives.
Adrian’s passion for e-learning and the technology that enables effective online delivery of education began in the 1990’s. He has published many papers on the subject and has been invited to be the guest speaker at education and technology seminars in Japan and New Zealand.
Adrian’s academic background is in Information Technology, Commerce and Education, with a Master’s Degree focused on the usability of learning management systems. His depth of knowledge and exceptional communication and leadership skills have proven vital to the growth of Intuto.
